Helper management

Built for up to 500 teams.
Tested on a demo tournament with 500 triples teams on 250 lanes in five sectors. With 20 teams a glance at a sheet of paper is enough; with 500 you need proper tools:
Search & filter
Type a team or player name, in registration and under “Build teams”.
Sectors
Group lanes into sectors, each with its own name and location. The lane list shows how many lanes each sector has.
Player guidance system
With their personal live link, every player knows where to go and what happens next: opponent, sector and lane, and, on request, navigation to get there.
A notice per sector
Lane lists as PDF, one page per sector, with a QR code for navigation.
Draw with preview
Before you draw, see how the round fits onto the lanes and how long the wait will be.
Confirm results
The tournament desk checks reported results, one by one or all open ones in one go.
Finals bracket
Hide the preliminary rounds and show the bracket of the final rounds full screen.
Personal link
Every player sees on their phone where and against whom they play next.
If there are not enough lanes for all matches, the draw splits the round into waves. The Boule-Boy-VIP plan has no team limit.
